Have you ever sat down with one or more other “likeminded” people and felt “Connected”? Have you ever felt like being around certain individuals allowed you to think more clearly, and do ideas come more naturally around that person or those people? Many of you will know EXACTLY what I mean…

This “feeling” you get is an incredible example of what the Late and Great Napoleon Hill spoke about in his timeless classic “Think and Grow Rich.”

Get Involved With A Mastermind Group!

Hill put it best: “The mastermind group is a coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony.”

He continues…

“No two minds ever come together without thereby creating a third, invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind.”

There is synergy of energy, commitment, and excitement that participants bring to a Mastermind Group. The beauty of Mastermind Groups is that participants raise the bar by challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion. Mastermind participants act as catalysts for growth, new ideas and most importantly sparking definite action.

In a Mastermind Group, the agenda belongs to the group, and each person’s participation is key. Your peers give you feedback, help you brainstorm new possibilities, and set up accountability structures that keep you focused and on track. You will create a community of supportive colleagues who will brainstorm together to move the group to new heights.

I have been privileged enough to have experienced this on many different occasions, with many different people. Conversations just flow, new ideas are born (seemingly one or more a minute!) and things “GET DONE”.

Working with a partner or a group of likeminded, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals can most certainly help you to “Expand” your minds reach and achieve more than you have ever thought possible.

Keys to consider when choosing a mastermind partner or partners:

1. Choose positive individuals – in a mastermind group it only takes one “rotten egg” to ruin the batch, so make sure people who you choose are positive and “for” the cause.

2. Choose individuals with an open mind – a lot of the ideas passed around in mastermind groups might seem a bit “out there” for people with a closed mind…choose people who are open to almost ALL ideas and will support you 100%.

3. Choose those who are currently successful in their field or who have the DRIVE and DESIRE to be successful and INNOVATIVE in their field of choice – these are the people you want in your group. Success breeds more success and so on and so forth…choose wisely!

So what are you waiting for? Build your mastermind group today! Almost all of my best ideas came as a result of this concept, and I stand by this approach 100%. Be sure to meet consistently and with clear intent. One break in the chain of a mastermind group can be catastrophic to the potential results.

Go for it! You can do it, the mastermind group can help!

I am willing to bet that you can count on one hand the total number of these claims that came to fruition. Trust is something that cant be bought. It has to be earned. This is the trust I am referring to in this article…deep rooted…pure…TRUST.

You Can Do It. I Can Help. Trust Me.

You might have noticed by the title of this post that I am asking you to Trust Me. I am telling you I am here to help. Can I be trusted? The answer is YES. I can, and I WILL, tell you WHY it is safe to put your trust in me.

While studying the field of Internet Marketing, I have hit many “bumps” in the road. I have stumbled and even fallen at times, but I have never quit. One of the main reasons I have never quit is the support I had from people I trust. These aren’t people I have ever met. These people are the ones that took the time to help me, to mentor me, to lift me back up when I had fallen hard. These are the individuals who stepped up with no monetary intentions at all and made me hold my head up high and continue forward.

This didn’t happen on one occasion, but on a dozen or more. That’s right – I can recall AT LEAST 12 people who have taken their time to help me for an extended period. I am not talking an hour here, but more likely a week or more. In some cases, months of time were spent to help me through this journey…and at NO cost to myself.

Kindness ruled the day here. I was fortunate enough to meet kind, trustworthy and intelligent people who have “been there before.” They had been in my place at some point in their past. These are the people who I refer to when I speak about TRUST and the online world. Thanks to their kindness, I have become quite successful in the world of Internet Marketing, and I must say I owe much of it to them. I owe it to their dedication, selflessness and true friendship.

So what does all of this mean? It means that the very way these individuals treated me is the foundation on which this website – and EVERYTHING I do in life – is built upon. Over the past four years, I have started to go OUT OF MY WAY to help others when they were in need. I have reached out and helped those that needed guidance (much like I did when I was learning) without question or monetary intentions.

This website and everything I do is operated by these laws. I want to help people PLAIN AND SIMPLE. I have no ulterior motives. I have no secret agenda. I made this site to help YOU. I am here to help YOU and make YOUR life better in the best way I know how…through my teachings. I absolutely and genuinely love to teach and on this website I feel I am being given the opportunity of a lifetime to change the lives of thousands, if not millions, of people.

So I now ask of you two simple things:

1. Trust in me – Put your faith in me. Trust that I am here for your best interests. Trust that I will provide to you FREE and powerful content that can, and WILL, change your life for the better. Trust that I will show you the mistakes I made, and how to avoid the pitfalls I have fallen into. You can trust me.

2. Stay Positive – All I ask is that in any email communication with me, or any comment on this blog, that you stay 100% positive. I need for you to spread the happiness I am attempting to share with you. If you see someone needs help, and you know the answer, tell them! Be sure to put yourself in their shoes, if you have been there, solved that, then let them know.

This is all I ask of you, so please abide by these two requests.

Now it’s time to get serious. In the coming weeks, I will be posting A LOT of content that will help you succeed. I am also taking visitor requests for content. If you have an idea for content that you feel will help yourself and others on this site, send the suggestion to me @ TheGrossLife@gmail.com.

I look forward to seeing all of you on this website and wish you only the very best in everything that you do.

To Your Success,

Jeffrey Gross

Gone are the days when a simple paper resume will suffice for landing the job of your dreams. Employers now have their eyes on the Internet to find the best candidates for jobs. Are you on their radar? Can you be found? Is your professional online presence up to par? If you have answered NO to any of those questions, then you must read on.

There are many free options available to you that will enhance the clout of your online professional presence. Getting your professional online presence up and running does not take long at all and can help you immensely in the long run.

One of the themes of this blog is to help you learn how to leverage the power of social networking and other social media sites to increase the chances for professional advancement. I will be posting tutorials and lessons (video and written) on all types of subjects surrounding this very topic. Let’s take a look at the services that will be covered throughout the tutorials on this website.

LinkedIn.com – An incredible professional social networking site. Unlike sites like Facebook and Myspace, this site has its roots in professional networking and development. This is the property we will focus on primarily.

Twitter.com – Twitter is a “MicroBlogging” site that allows you to post “Tweets” to tell people what you are up to at this very second. It started as a social service, but its picking up momentum for people who seek to develop themselves professionally or land a job.

Facebook.com – Although Facebook has its roots in “Social Networking” as well, it too has come a long way in terms of being used for professional development. You can leverage the immense power of Facebook Groups and Facebook Apps to aide you in your professional development and job search.
